I create my day.

"I wake up in the morning and I consciously create my day the way I want it to happen. Now sometimes, because my mind is examining all the things that I need to get done, it takes me a little bit to settle down and get to the point of where I'm actually intentionally creating my day. But here's the thing: When I create my day and out of nowhere little things happen that are so unexplainable, I know that they are the process or the result of my creation. And the more I do that, the more I build a neural net in my brain that I accept that that's possible. (This) gives me the power and the incentive to do it the next day.

"So if we're consciously designing our destiny, and if we're consciously from a spiritual standpoint throwing in with the idea that our thoughts can affect our reality or affect our life -- because reality equals life -- then I have this little pact that I have when I create my day. I say, 'I'm taking this time to create my day and I'm infecting the quantum field. Now if (it) is in fact the observer's watching me the whole time that I'm doing this and there is a spiritual aspect to myself, then show me a sign today that you paid attention to any one of these things that I created, and bring them in a way that I won't expect, so I'm as surprised at my ability to be able to experience these things. And make it so that I have no doubt that it's come from you,' and so I live my life, in a sense, all day long thinking about being a genius or thinking about being the glory and the power of God or thinking about being unconditional love.

"I'll use living as a genius, for example. And as I do that during parts of the day, I'll have thoughts that are so amazing, that cause a chill in my physical body, that have come from nowhere. But then I remember that that thought has an associated energy that's produced an effect in my physical body. Now that's a subjective experience, but the truth is is that I don't think that unless I was creating my day to have unlimited thought, that that thought would come."

Only Love creates and only like Itself.~ACIM Lesson 321 If you’re feeling an intense emotion that is not matching the intensity of whatever set it off, then make an effort to doubt your mind and to question the story it is telling you. Try to see only what is really there. Remind yourself that now is not then.
Your brain is determined to deliver an inaccurate world to you—which can be a very good thing sometimes—but if you find yourself getting caught up in an emotional spiral, or confusing now with then, searching for the inaccuracies that your mind is presenting may be the greatest gift you can give yourself.
The body is a dream. Like other dreams it sometimes seems to picture happiness, but can quite suddenly revert to fear, where every dream is born. For only love creates in truth, and truth can never fear. Made to be fearful, must the body serve the purpose given it. But we can change the purpose that the body will obey by changing what we think that it is for.~ACIM Lesson 261
ACIM's view is that our thoughts attract our life circumstances to us. And that our thoughts cause our feelings.
Fear creates blocks, any shame creates blocks, any lack of love creates blocks - thus each of these aspects are what builds the walls that prevents you from being in a total oneness of who you really are. The totality of who you are, that is filled with love and compassion for all things, including yourself.
Here is Neville Goddard’s technique in a few short steps:
1. Know what you want. This is an obvious statement. If you don’t know what you want then it really doesn’t matter what you get. An unfocused desire creates few results. On the other hand, a clear, definite desire creates a clear objective, something specific to work towards.
2. Decide on an action that you would expect to encounter FOLLOWING or AFTER your desire has been fulfilled. This could be a congratulatory handshake or receiving a check, or sleeping in your bed in your new home. The act or scene that you choose should NOT involve seeing your desire being completed, but should imply that it has ALREADY been completed sometime in the past. A single, short action or scene is better than a long, elaborate scene or many actions, as it is easier to focus. More involved actions or scenes tend to allow the mind to wander.
3. Get into a relaxed state of body and mind. Relaxation gives you access to your subconscious mind, and make it more receptive to the images you have created in the previous step. Relaxation allows your brainwaves to slow down ( the Alpha or Theta state), both of which are very receptive to guided imagery.
4. Replay the action or short scene decided on in Step 2, and do so over and over again while in your relaxed state. You need to come from a place of love when you are doing your visualizations. As you play the image give it as much sensory vibrancy as possible. Feel your imaginary body moving. Feel your imaginary hand in that handshake. In your mind’s eye, see your new bedroom around you. Note, you are not watching yourself take these actions, but you are actually doing them. You are the actor in your script. Little by little, make your chosen scene feel so real that you feel you are actually there. Each time you replay the scene this will get easier to do. The senses here should include not only as many of the standard five (light, touch, hearing, smelling, and taste) but should also include emotions. The essential element is to invoke as many senses as possible and to feel the emotions you would feel at that time too.
5. Once the scene does feel real in every way, allow yourself to drift off to sleep while in that feeling. This allows your subconscious to really take a hold of the image. When you wake up go about your day.
If, however, you are not at a point during the day when you can snooze for even a few minutes, then just stay in the feeling for a moment. When you are ready, open your eyes and go about your day. When you open your eyes, you may feel somewhat of a shock that the scene you were replaying was not real.
6. Continue in the feeling that your wish has been fulfilled. This can be easier to do after such a visualization exercise, because you now have a “memory” of the event. This is where faith comes in. It also aligns the subjective and objective minds (or conscious and subconscious).

What do these steps accomplish? As you go about your day, your subconscious will notice that what you feel (the desire has been fulfilled) and your physical reality (your life) are incongruent, they don’t match up. Your subconscious will move forward to make the two line up again. Holding on to your belief in the wish fulfilled, moves the subconscious to alter your physical reality, creating the desired event by working through you, your environment, and others around you, even people you do not know. Understand that the subconscious creates your reality everyday all day. Neville’s process of visualization put you in the driver seat. You choose what gets created.
Neville was teaching to consciously co-create knowing God IS. And to do it from a state of Love, not fear.

Ask (planting the seed), Believing you have already received (Thanking God in advance, Praise, Gratitude, Trust and Faith) and you will receive (Trust Faith)

God has this large table of Abundance, where there is more than enough for everyone. All you have to do is say "I'm in" and then practice gratitude and forgiveness as you elevate yourself to being able to receive.
When you give or do something for someone, it must come from joy, love or the heart. Otherwise it's probably not in your highest good, it's possible it's being based on fear.
 Dear God,
I am learning that gratitude is the highest form of prayer. Each time I express gratitude in my prayers, I acknowledge I have already received an answer to my prayer, even if I haven‟t seen it yet. This quickens my experience of healing, and reduces the time and space between my prayer and the answer You have already given. I am learning that fear causes delay. As I choose gratitude instead of worry or fear, I align with the certainty that You are with me and that a peaceful outcome is assured. Thank You, in advance, for Your perfect wisdom and timely solutions to my every problem. Thank You, in advance, for the generous flow of abundance that comes from You, my Source and Provider. In gratitude, I ask for the awareness of Your love, blessings, guidance, abundance and miracles that You have already given. Thy will be done. Amen
