ACIM Revival

You are a natural promoter of harmony and social joy. You have demonstrated this already if you have said often: “God is my Peace.” You are a natural promoter of harmony and social joy. You have demonstrated this already if you have said often: “God is my Peace.” Emma Curtis Hopkins

Resentment Therapy

Do you want to be an integrated human being? Who does not? If you do, you must unload some of the junk you have carried around with you in your subconscious mind. That is the price we must all pay. You can make a program for yourself, which is quite simple,- not easy. The program is called the "resentment therapy." It is this: make a list of all the persons you have ever resented or been hurt by or been angry with, starting with the present "crop," and working back as far as your memory takes you. If done correctly, you will wind up in the very early years of your childhood. The usual reaction in nine cases out of ten is to say, "Really, I don't resent anyone." Ignore that, if you have that reaction, because it is not true. Think about it for a while. Then take a pencil and a notebook --not a sheet of paper--and start working.

Once you recognize a true desire you know the outcome is guaranteed.

Our daily meditations are ways of brainwashing ourselves from the ill effects of these pollutants in the mental climate of our culture. Through contemplative meditation, we seek clarity and understanding of reality, and the more we are able to know divine reality, the more we are immune to hypnotism and mind control and influencing. Ignorance

All suffering is due to ignorance — entertaining invalid thoughts in general, and thoughts about divine Reality in particular. God knows nothing about our ignorance. It is revealed to us through a process called phenomenological perceptivity, which means we can become aware of thoughts underlying our physical and mental suffering. Thomas Hora
There is a Christ way of healing the sick, which you can learn very readily because your heart is kind and tender. These words spoken by you will accomplish much: "I love all the world."~ECH

Grace of God.

When peace comes at last to those who wrestle with temptation and fight against the giving in to sin; when the light comes at last into the mind given to contemplation, or when the goal is finally achieved by anyone, it ALWAYS comes with just one happy realization;“I need do nothing. ” To DO anything involves the body. And if you recognize you NEED do nothing, you have withdrawn the body’s value from your mind. To do nothing is to rest, and make a place within you where the activity of the body ceases to demand attention. Into this place the Holy Spirit comes, and there abides. He will remain when you forget, and the body’s activities return to occupy your conscious mind.

The Truth will take care of the rest.

God is infinite Mind and is not the possessor of anything material What God gives us is an abundance of intelligent, spiritual ideas and when we become receptive to them, they provide us with the means to meet every legitimate need. "Seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you" (Matt. 6:33). Only the awareness of one’s spiritual status as an inseparable aspect of divine Love can lead to Peace Assurance Gratitude Love. When through consistent study and meditation we reach PAGL (a state of harmony), at that moment fear and anxiety disappear and we gain a realization that God indeed exists and is a governing, guiding harmonizing presence in our lives.  Thomas Hora http://www.pagl.org/main-landing/the-works/

You may have grown numb to your true desires, but they haven't gone anywhere. If you give yourself permission to listen, you will hear them.
People often say, "If I just knew what I wanted to do, I could do it." You do know. Your true desires, the longings in your soul, never leave you; they just get buried under all of life's expectations.

An “ENLIGHTENED” man views life as a dream from which he has awakened.

Our concerns determine the quality of our presence in the world, and thus shape our individual destinies. Thomas Hora

Back of you is the Infinite Source of Life, Health, and Strength. ECH

Man suffers from insufficient understanding of Reality. Enlightened man views life as a dream from which he has awakened. While others around him are still involved in the dream, he himself is just a nonparticipating observer.

Events~Compulsive activities ~ Forgiveness ~ Metapsychiatry

Compulsive activities are psychological ways of trying to cope with unbearable memories and emotions. Sometimes people have been through psychotherapy and recovered some of their memories, yet still continue compulsive behavior, such as, for instance, alcoholism. This is a puzzling issue. It points out that if we don’t have the awareness of God, we have no place to go with these memories. They are no longer repressed; we are aware of them consciously, but we cannot loose them; we don’t know what to do with them, and they are still disturbing us.
Often, in psychoanalytic therapies, it is recommended that we express our rage against the people, even punch them in the nose, to feel better. The idea is that what. we have kept bottled up, we let out and hurt those people back, and then we will feel better.
This is not forgiveness, but a perpetuation of the conflict
There is no solution without God.

“Moving Out of Your Comfort Zone by Taking a Leap of Faith”

“On the Churches page is part of the history of one of the earliest temples founded by New Thought author, Christian Dee Larson. This demonstrates that “leap of faith” that was taken by so many of our early founders in the days when New Thought was young, and by many discredited. It would be wonderful to see young ministers and teachers of today, following their example and pioneering where there is no New Thought Group in existence.”

Thoughts.

“Everything depends upon the thoughts we entertain.” -- Thomas Hora, M.D.

A man can have a thousand friends, but if his thoughts are wrong he will feel wrong.
A man can have no friends,               but if his thoughts are right    he will feel right.

No one who truly seeks the peace of God can fail to find it.

"Praying, then, is recognizing yourself to be that which you desire to be rather than begging God for that which you desire." – Neville
"Whatever you want, see yourself as the one who has it." by Rev. Ike.
Prospering is a quality of being, while prosperity connotes a quality of having. The word "prospering" points to well-being, peacefulness, assurance, joy, harmony, love, gratitude and freedom from anxiety, fear or torment. These qualities are present in everyone but they may be dormant and can be awakened through the process of study, prayer and meditation. Through such consistent study we can gain a spiritual perspective on Reality, revealing to us the fact that we are perfect spiritual beings, created by God for His own purpose, and that the abundant life Jesus spoke of is our birthright. Thomas Hora

Natural vs Supernatural vs Spiritual Healing

The study of the supernatural is motivated by man’s desire to control his fellow man and secure his own superiority. The study of the spiritual is motivated by man’s desire to come into harmony with the Fundamental Order of Existence and actualize in himself the optimum qualities which are potentially present and available to him.
The clear differentiation between the natural, the supernatural, and the spiritual is

PAGL ~ PeaceAssuranceGratitudeLove

Metapsychiatry is the name given to a spiritual teaching and form of psychotherapy developed by psychiatrist Thomas Hora, M.D.  (1914–1995) in the second half of the 20th century. It asserts that “the meaning and purpose of life are to come to know reality.” It defines Reality as the underlying benevolent intentionality of the universe; also as “God” or “Love-Intelligence” or “Infinite Mind.”
