You are loved, far more than you think.

How does the mystic see humanity? In an entirely different way from ordinary men and women. It is profitable for us also to see people from a mystical viewpoint. It provides power.

Outlining

The false self always finds a way to create the conditions it needs in order to make itself feel important.

Each of us has within us the “whole picture” that is all of humanity.

"FACTS ABOUT ESOTERIC SCIENCE
Students in Arizona informed each other of the single most important fact about esoteric science each had learned in the last month:
'Anything wrong with me will mechanically expand to make things wrong for you, so true morality consists of making myself a right person.'

The Wellspring Within

http://www.prolificliving.com/ : 3 morning affirmations to say before you get out of bed.
1. I am feeling healthy and strong today.
2. I am happy and grateful for my life.
3. I am loving, lovable and worthy of love.
There is no reality except the one contained within us. That is why so many people live such an unreal life. They take images outside them for reality and never allow the word within to assert itself. Demian

COMPLETENESS

A point on which students of mental science often fail to lay sufficient stress is the completeness of man—not a completeness to be attained hereafter, but here and now. We have been so accustomed to have the imperfection of man drummed into us in books, sermons, and hymns, and above all in a mistaken interpretation of the Bible, that at first the idea of his completeness altogether staggers us. Yet until we see this we must remain shut out from the highest and best that mental science has to offer, from a thorough understanding of its philosophy, and from its greatest practical achievements.
.
To do any work successfully you must believe yourself to be a whole man in respect of it. The completed work is the outward image of a corresponding completeness in yourself. And if this is true in respect of one work it is true of all; the difference in the importance of the work does not matter; we cannot successfully attempt any work until, for some reason or other, we believe ourselves able to accomplish it; in other words, until we believe that none of the conditions for its completion is wanting in us, and that we are therefore complete in respect of it. Our recognition of our completeness is thus the measure of what we are able to do, and hence the great importance of knowing the fact of our own completeness. …

Be Here Now

A friend is a gift you give yourself. ~ Robert Louis Stevenson

Do you past or future trip often?  The moment you notice you are past or future tripping:
1. Breathe
2. See what is in front of you.
3. Feel the sensations in your body.
4. Say, ‘I’m back!” Josh Pais

Often breathe this prayer: "Let the words of my mouth, and the meditation of my
heart, be acceptable in thy sight, O Lord, my strength, and my redeemer." —Ps.

For the FaithFULL- Wisdom & Sanity.

“When we think seriously about what it will cost others if we obey the call of Jesus, we tell God He doesn’t know what our obedience will mean. Keep to the point— He does know. Shut out every other thought and keep yourself before God in this one thing only— my utmost for His highest. I am determined to be absolutely and entirely for Him and Him alone.” My Utmost for His Highest.

I am not alone in experiencing the effects of my seeing, ~ Lesson 18~ACIM, introduces the concept that we share a joint mind. The race mind, collective or universal consciousness or beliefs which are all ego based.
Dear God,
Thank you in advance for giving me the strength to remain vigilante to what is true. I am willing to see my situation differently. I am willing to offer you a space in my mind to heal any thought of scarcity or lack so that I can get back to the abundance that is my birth right as given by you. I am willing to have patience and to recognize that I see not only my fearful thoughts in front of me but I se the fearful thoughts of others playing out in front of me as well and I will not let those delay my return to peace, happiness, health and abundance. Thank you for my strength today and I accept your miracle in place of my judgments. Amen Robin Duncan

If you’re paying attention you will ultimately realize that everything is as you wish it to be. It really IS done unto us as we believe. It’s a startling realization. It’s also an awareness we have a tremendous power, that if we actually apply it in an intelligent way we can completely shift our experience to one that is magnificent and beautiful. This is our holy opportunity.[ - See more at: http://jenniferhadley.com/2013/12/masterful-living-2014/]

THE STORM

A group of friends rented a mountain cabin for a few days. When an unexpected storm kept them indoors, the first few hours were spent in pleasant conversation. But one man suddenly revealed a deep bitterness by complaining of past mistreatment by people. Surprised by his outburst, the others said little.
Next morning, the complainer asked someone who had just stepped out the door, 'Is it still storming?'
'Not out here.'
“_It is the inner storm which needs attention and correction._"
Vernon Howard

Peace Pilgrim

From 1953 to 1981 a silver haired woman calling herself only "Peace Pilgrim" walked more than 25,000 miles on a personal pilgrimage for peace. She vowed to "remain a wanderer until mankind has learned the way of peace, walking until given shelter and fasting until given food." In the course of her 28 year pilgrimage she touched the hearts, minds, and lives of thousands of individuals all across North America. Her message was both simple and profound. It continues to inspire people all over the world.
This is the way of peace: Overcome evil with good,
falsehood with truth, and hatred with love.

FOUR PREPARATIONS

1. Assume right attitude toward life
2. Live good beliefs.
3. Find your place in the Life Pattern.
4. Simplify life to bring inner and outer well-being into harmony.

FOUR PURIFICATIONS
1. Purification of the bodily temple.
2. Purification of the thoughts.
3. Purification of the desires.
4. Purification of motives.

FOUR RELINQUISHMENTS
1. Relinquishment of self-will.
2. Relinquishment of the feeling of separateness.
3. Relinquishment of attachments.
4. Relinquishment of all negative feelings.

"Do not believe in me or any other teacher, rather trust in your own inner voice. This is your guide, this is your teacher. Your teacher is within not without. Know yourself, not me!"
~Peace Pilgrim ~Quote of the Month for May 2000

In Core Transformation it mentionsA good beginning in becoming more accepting is always acknowledging what is, rather than trying to be something we're not.

Or as Byron Katie says: “The only time we suffer is when we believe a thought that argues with what is. When the mind is perfectly clear, what is is what we want.”

"If you begin to understand what you are without trying to change it, then what you are undergoes a transformation." : Jiddu Krishnamurti

Perhaps Okness is simply I AMness.
Accepting what is.
Knowing what is.
Being simply what is.

As Richard Rohr writes in The Naked Now:
The enormous breakthrough is that when you honor and accept the divine image within yourself, you cannot help but see it in everybody else, too, and you know that it is just as undeserved and unmerited as it is in you. That is why you stop judging, and that is how you start loving unconditionally and without asking whether someone is worthy or not. The breakthrough occurs at once, although the realization deepens and takes on greater conviction over time.
