How the Light of Truth Sets You Free

You will keep yourself healthy by declaring that:
“No evil can come nigh me.
God is my health.”
Emma Curtis Hopkins
The Holy Spirit will undo all the consequences of my wrong decision if I will let Him
"The first step in the undoing is to recognize that you actively decided wrongly, but can as actively decide otherwise. Be very firm with yourself in this, and keep yourself fully aware that the undoing process, which does not come from you, is nevertheless within you because God placed it there. Your part is merely to return your thinking to the point at which the error was made, and give it over to the Atonement in peace.

Say this to yourself as sincerely as you can, remembering that the Holy Spirit will respond fully to your slightest invitation:

MODIFYING THE PAST

“There are two paths for him, within and without, and they both turn back in a day and a night, . . . After having subdued by sleep all that belongs to the body, he, not asleep himself, looks down upon the sleeping. Having assumed light, he goes again to his place, the golden person, the lonely bird.” UPANISHADS.
All our knowledge merely helps us to die a more painful death than the animals that know nothing. A day will come when science will turn upon its error and no longer hesitate to shorten our woes. A day will come when it will dare and act with certainty; when life, grown wiser, will depart silently at its hour, knowing that it has reached its term.

The Love of God

Nothing external alters, but everything internal now reflects only the Love of God.

The strength of God

  • God is indeed your strength, and what He gives is truly given. This means that you can receive it any time and anywhere, wherever you are, and in whatever circumstance you find yourself. Your passage through time and space is not at random. You cannot but be in the right place at the right time. Such is the strength of God. Such are His gifts.

Lay hold of Truth and prove it.

Claude Fayette Bragdon (1866-1946) was a first-generation modernist architect, as well as an illustrator, critic, theorist and theater designer. A prolific and influential writer, Bragdon published more than twenty books and hundreds of articles. He was nationally known for his graphic art, his writing on the fourth dimension, his Song & Light Festivals of 1915-1918, and his role in theater’s New Stagecraft. In 1922 he helped translate and publish P.D. Ouspensky's Tertium Organum, for which he also wrote an introduction to the English translation.

"THE LIPS OF WISDOM ARE CLOSED, EXCEPT TO THE EARS OF UNDERSTANDING"

THE PRINCIPLE OF VIBRATION
"Nothing rests; everything moves; everything vibrates."

Our thoughts, deeds and words return to us sooner or later with astounding accuracy.

Spiritual development means the ability to stand still, or stand aside, and let Infinite Intelligence lift your burdens and fight your battles. When the burden of resentment is lifted, you experience a sense of relief! You have a kindly feeling for everyone, and all the organs of your body begin to function properly.

God is love.

Do not look for rest in any pleasure, because you were not created for pleasure: You were created for spiritual JOY. And if you do not know the difference between pleasure and spiritual joy, you have not yet begun to live. Thomas Merton

The more our mind wanders, the less happy we can be.

You must learn to respond in a positive way to a negative condition. Now the negative condition that you have is in you. You’re it.
Therefore, when you respond in a positive way to a negative condition, you are working with and on you, never, never, never with anything exterior to yourself.
Now, to respond in a positive way to a negative condition really means recognition of the thing that is wrong, the depressed thought, the excited attitude because you think you’re going to gain something.
What you have to do therefore is to simply say to yourself, which is a positive statement, 'I feel pain and strain, therefore there is something wrong.' Isn’t that great? Vernon Linwood Howard

Bliss

JOSEPH CAMPBELL: If you follow your bliss, you put yourself on a kind of track that has been there all the while, waiting for you, and the life that you ought to be living is the one you are living. Wherever you are -- if you are following your bliss, you are enjoying that refreshment, that life within you, all the time. When you can see that, you begin to meet people who are in your field of bliss, and they open doors to you. I say, follow your bliss and don't be afraid, and doors will open where you didn't know they were going to be.

Happiness Is Good. Bliss is Better.

Nothing can keep you from being at the head of a large and successful enterprise if you have held daily the idea: “God prospers me.” Emma Curtis Hopkins

Reinforce compassion, care, and hospitality.

"It is your thoughts alone that cause you pain.

Nothing external to your mind can
hurt or injure you in any way.
There is no cause beyond yourself that can
reach down and bring oppression.
No one but yourself affects you.
There is nothing in the world that has the power
to make you ill or sad, or weak or frail.
But it is you who have the power to
dominate all things you see by merely
recognizing what you are.

As you perceive the harmlessness in them,
they will accept your holy will as theirs.
And what was seen as fearful now becomes
a source of innocence and holiness."
