Your real nature is to be.

"It is your realization that you need do so little that enables Him to give so much." ACIM Ch.18.IV Excerpt
"We must let go of the life we have planned, so as to accept the one that is waiting for us." - Joseph Campbell

“Synesthesia is a condition in which one sense (for example, hearing) is simultaneously perceived as if by one or more additional senses such as sight. Another form of synesthesia joins objects such as letters, shapes, numbers or people’s names with a sensory perception such as smell, color or flavor. The word synesthesia comes from two Greek words, syn (together) and aisthesis (perception). Therefore, synesthesia literally means ‘joined perception.’ ”

Finding the "I"-ness in you.

The harder we try to not create what we do not want, the stronger we’re holding on to the idea; thus, the more likely we are to create it in our reality.
How can we distinguish between what we can and cannot change?

Bliss

JOSEPH CAMPBELL: If you follow your bliss, you put yourself on a kind of track that has been there all the while, waiting for you, and the life that you ought to be living is the one you are living. Wherever you are -- if you are following your bliss, you are enjoying that refreshment, that life within you, all the time. When you can see that, you begin to meet people who are in your field of bliss, and they open doors to you. I say, follow your bliss and don't be afraid, and doors will open where you didn't know they were going to be.

Say that you are.

When people urge you to live as they do they are really
inviting you to be as miserable as they are.

The Hero's Journey.

My spirit sings this day, for I am filled with the consciousness of Life, a life that is more than physical. I am tuned into every happy, healthy, successful person this day. Their thoughts travel over invisible paths to me and mine to them. I draw strength from them and they from me. I deliberately disconnect my mental pathways from those that are morbid or ugly, for I am alive only to Truth, Goodness and Beauty. Frederick W(illiam) Bailes

if you follow your bliss . . .

“Now, I came to this idea of bliss because in Sanskrit, which is the great spiritual language of the world, there are three terms that represent the brink, the jumping-off place to the ocean of transcendence: Sat-Chit-Ananda. The word "Sat" means being. "Chit" means consciousness. "Ananda" means bliss or rapture. I thought, "I don't know whether my consciousness is proper consciousness or not; I don't know whether what I know of my being is my proper being or not; but I do know where my rapture is. So let me hang on to rapture, and that will bring me both my consciousness and my being." I think it worked. “

Whenever we judge someone, ourselves included, we are unable to feel the love of Spirit.

When our mind and heart are calm, we can live through any struggle, and we, with Your (God’s) help, can turn that struggle into ease. The Value of Prayer
”GOODWILL gives insight”, and only he who has so conquered his personality that he has but one attitude of mind, that of goodwill, is possessed of divine insight, and is capable of distinguishing the true from the false. Thoughts: James Allen
Understanding, compassion, and forgiveness allow us to move gracefully through life.

The heart knows more than the mind; answers lie in union rather than separation.

There is one body and one Spirit—just as you were called to the one hope that belongs to your call—  one Lord, one faith, one baptism,  one God and Father of all, who is over all and through all and in all. Ephesians 4:4-6 NIV
