Meditation

Meditation will properly place every new impression that has been received ; thus it becomes a building process in the mind, and a factor of absolute necessity. To practice meditation regularly is to become more and more resourceful, because meditation invariably gives depth, to every phase of the mind. The mind that meditates frequently does not live simply on the surface any more; such a mind is daily becoming enriched with the gold mines of the great within, and is gaining possession of larger and larger interior domains. In consequence it finds more and more upon which to draw, and it will never be at a loss, no matter what the needs or the circumstances may be.
