Guided meditations are a form of hypnosis. ~ Kathryn Alice
"The Infinite Mind of God which is within you provides you with an infinite variety of ideas and talents. It is up to you to open your mind and accept these ideas. And it is up to you to receive them." -- Rev. Ike.

“You are today where your thoughts have brought you; you will be tomorrow where your thoughts take you.” ~ James Allen

Thoughts are things; they have tremendous power. Thoughts of doubt and fear are pathways to failure. When you conquer negative attitudes of doubt and fear you conquer failure. Thoughts crystallize into habit and habit solidifies into circumstances. ~ Bryan Adams @ http://www.bryanadams.com/

At certain times people give what is known as a 'tell' in poker -- a behavior which gives away the cards they're holding. Here is a tell that comes from hell -- negative certainty. It's one of the greatest contradictions. ~ Guy Finley
"Psychic science helpfully points out that what ever is wrong with a man's world is exactly the same thing that is wrong with the man himself." ~ VH

What deeply held beliefs have you caught in the web of stress?

Ö   Perfectionism?
Ö   Low Self-Esteem?
Ö   The need to be right?
Ö   A lack of deep self-acceptance?
Ö   The tendency to say “yes” when you want to say “no.”
Ö   A belief you’re unlovable?
Ö   The desire for external validation?
Ö   Fear of the unknown?
Ö   Arrogance or pride that forces you to do more, be more, acquire more?
Ö   Comparing yourself to others?
Ö  Wanting what others have whether it be material items, status, or success?
Take a minute now and jot down whatever immediately comes to mind.  Then give this question a few days on the back burner to see what else emerges.  Your final list will represent personal stepping stones to a more content and spacious way of being. http://alwayswellwithin.com/

A belief will act as true until you replace it with a better belief. (Morty Lefkoe would agree)

Pay attention to your life!

Swiss psychiatrist Carl Jung believed that archetypes are models of people, behaviors or personalities. Jung suggested that the psyche was composed of three components: the ego, the personal unconscious and the collective unconscious. According to Jung, the ego represents the conscious mind while the personal unconscious contains memories, including those that have been suppressed. The collective unconscious (race mind, collective/universal beliefs/consciousness) is a unique component in that Jung believed that this part of the psyche served as a form of psychological inheritance. It contains all of the knowledge and experiences we share as a species. (also belief in separation and disease).
