Learn how to think rightly instead of wrongly.

Guy Finley: Each time we feel an emotional pain, we should use that as a signal that we've made a mistake; that we've crashed and now need to find and try another new way. The problem for most of us is that...

The truth, of course, is this, that the only solution of the problem is definitely to contact the Divine Power which dwells within your soul; and having consciously done that, to bring it to bear upon the various difficulties in your life, taking them in due order, that is, attacking the most urgent first. Science journalist Nina Teicholz is cutting through that received wisdom, like a hot knife through forbidden butter. Her new book is called, "The Big Fat Surprise: Why Butter, Meat and Cheese Belong in a Healthy Diet."
