Ancient Prophecies and the Great Shift

I realized yesterday that there's a tendency to believe that a major shift in consciousness is going to make the world more lovey-dovey and that's the great awakening. It's only common sense to want a stable economical system, healthy food supply or what have you.

Awakening is a return to Christ-consciousness, the Right-mind as opposed to the wRONG-mind which is the ego.



Quimby healed people because he was able to discern this difference. You get sick because your ego developed dis-ease as a punishment for being separate from God. That was the "new thought" before it became the contaminated "New Thought" which has further evolved into "New Age".

Can anyone be clairvoyant like Quimby. Technically yes. But could you handle it. Leo Brett, the twelve-year-old son of Dr. F. M. Brett (http://goalhypnosis.blogspot.ca/2012/03/hypnosis-x-ray-vision-and-clairvoyance.html) had the ability of xray-eyes. Do you really want to see someone's sinus passages? It's gross. Cool, but gross.

The belief you'll be riding around heaven on a Harley is ego based to preserve the ego identity. Jane Woodward calls it the little self as opposed to the HIGHER self which is the Christ consciousness or the I AM. ACIM is structured to peel away the layers of the onion skin which is the ego. William Samuel and Goddard taught the "I AM" presence.

I AM ______ NOW!
Maybe. But do you believe that and can you claim it NOW! You can but first you have to have the faith, belief and conviction it's true. Is it what you want or do really want to remember the I AM?

I watched the Ancient Prophecies years ago. A shaft in the pyramid representing a time of decision. Various New Age authors have given their spin on the same theme. Within the dream of separation this or that and the dream continues and you remain separate from God.

The thing is it's ego based. As Mills pointed out:

The world is thinking in terms of shifting into a new experience.
The shift is not in the object.
The shift is a modulation within.

From one point of view the dream continues until everyone wakes up.
From the other stance you are the ONLY one dreaming. You are supposed to realize the I AM and the everlasting kingdom of God, which is within, here NOW.

What is?
What is IS!
I AM is.
You are the I AM!
