"Be sure you are right, then keep it to yourself."
The
actor cannot pretend. He must enter and become the part he has agreed to play.
He cannot step upon the stage knowing he is a great actor who everyone
recognizes. He must lose himself in the character by leaving his personality in
the dressing room and entering the stage as the character he is to portray.” – Neville Goddard

Of course every orthodox religion today has the symbolic

Resentment Therapy
Do you
want to be an integrated human being? Who does not? If you do, you must unload
some of the junk you have carried around with you in your subconscious mind.
That is the price we must all pay. You can make a program for yourself, which
is quite simple,- not easy. The program is called the "resentment therapy."
It is this: make a list of all the persons you have ever resented or been hurt
by or been angry with, starting with the present "crop," and working
back as far as your memory takes you. If done correctly, you will wind up in
the very early years of your childhood. The usual reaction in nine cases out of
ten is to say, "Really, I don't resent anyone." Ignore that, if you
have that reaction, because it is not true. Think about it for a while. Then
take a pencil and a notebook --not a sheet of paper--and start working.
Once you recognize a true desire you know the outcome is guaranteed.
Our daily meditations are ways of brainwashing ourselves from the ill effects of these pollutants in the mental
climate of our culture. Through contemplative meditation, we seek clarity and understanding of reality, and the more we are able
to know divine reality, the more we are immune to hypnotism
and mind control and influencing. Hora
