"Happiness is when I am loving!"

The best definition I ever heard of reality Is that it is the one dream we all share. We have only the faintest hints of what it actually is. What we perceive, the way we see things, is largely for our own convenience. Things at a distance are not really smaller, and solid things are not really solid.

Christhood.

As long as we hold to the consciousness that the law of God is the law of my business, whatever is erroneous will be corrected. This same principle applies to the body and health, but if we do not consciously bring the body and business under the law of God, so it will be unto us. Joel Goldsmith

Once we realize that there is not God and, we will know that there is not Consciousness and. Therefore, there is not our consciousness and our business. Our business is our consciousness in specific form. Joel Goldsmith

Dark clouds can be dissipated by any person who will turn his or her attention to God’s love.

“If you have your attention on what is, you will see the fullness in every moment. You will discover the dance of the divine in every leaf, in every petal, in every blade of grass, in every rainbow, in every rushing stream, and in every breath of every living being." ~Deepak Chopra

I started thinking about that and I used to think that the Tali [Taliban] would come and he would just kill me, but then I said if he comes, what would you do Malala?

Let God work through you instead of trying to make Him do something for you.

A simple 4-step technique on a regular basis to stop psychologically-caused insomnia, panic attacks and anxiety:
1. Take a deep breath and relax.
2. Notice where the feeling is in your body. Even though it may be uncomfortable, be present with the feeling and stop your inner dialogue. Just feel it.
3. Now ask the feeling a question. Yes, this may seem a little odd—but it works: “What do I need to know to let you (the feeling) go?” Note the first thing that pops into your head.
4. Determine whether the feeling is still present. If so, be present with it, and ask the question again. Repeat until the feeling is gone. NeuroCalm: by Nannette DiMascio from Neuro Linguistic Programming experts present their techniques

“The Sign”.

The next time you're in a public place and you see something or someone who makes you angry or uncomfortable just tell yourself…
"There I go again, being ____________ ."
Modify that sentence according to the scenario.
For instance:
"There I go again, being rude".
"There I go again, being inconsiderate."

The great artists, writers, musicians and poets became great because they acquire the habit of relying upon the still, small voice that speaks from within, through the faculty of creative imagination. It is a fact well known to people who have keen imaginations that their best ideas come through so-called “hunches”.
