Sit or lay down and make yourself comfortable.
Use meditation music or just any music you like.
Start taking deep, slow breaths in and out.
Start by visualizing an amount of money.
This is going to be your starting amount so it doesn't have to be really high.
You can start with a modest amount, it might be a good idea to start with the amount you actually have in your bank account.
Pick an amount that feels good to you.
Next, as you breathe in visualize that amount going up.
Visualize your original amount going up by as much as you feel comfortable with, or what feels right to you.
Then as you breathe out visualize the amount dropping a little bit, as if you just spent some of your money.
But don't go back to the original amount, leave it a bit higher than your original amount.
Then repeat this for as long as you want and up to as much as you want.
