Breathing in your goodness connects you to your authentic self.
You can always come home to your authentic self through your breath. Breathing in and out, you are reminded of the life force that is you. Once you have an awareness of your breath, breathe even deeper and travel further into your soul.
Breathe into any constricted areas until you feel the expansiveness of the "should-less" energy. Relax into your wholeness, relax into your goodness and notice the clarity that rises to the surface.
