But eventually you'll need to consider
- extra support staff
- overnight staff
- can you get a nurse from 5PM until 8AM
- hospital bed?
- medications
- emergency oxygen in case of power outage
- commode?/diapers/pull ups
- garbage
- which family members you can rely on
- Doctors accessibility
- a palliative care specialist
- Hospice Volunteers
And those are just a few. Ultimately, it depends on your individual requirements. Just be aware people will do exactly what they are prepared to do. Some will whine because they can't/aren't willing to do more. That's just the way it is. That's not a judgement thing. They just can't do it for some reason. Even though at some level they may wish they could. Could you?
