Paracelsus expounded in the fifteenth century: "
As man imagines himself to be, so shall he be,
and he is that which he imagines."
Paracelsus, (German: c. 1493 – 1541), born Theophrastus von Hohenheim, was a Swiss physician, alchemist, lay theologian, and philosopher of the German Renaissance.
