The overarching purpose is to return to the Father by reclaiming your sonship, by recognizing your own inner divinity. Aside from that, each of you has a purpose for choosing to be on earth at this time in your particular body-mind. You came here for a reason.pg56

The more you let go of “I want,”

the more you make room for something else to move you, and that something is very wise, very kind, and knows exactly what you need to be happy and fulfilled. What it wants is really what you need. This motivating force is love. Pg 65

Wouldn’t it be easy to love someone who let you be as you are, who accepted you just the way you are, without trying to change you or even wanting you to be different? Are you willing to give the same acceptance and freedom to your partner? Are you willing to allow your partner to live his or her life as he or she sees fit and make his or her mistakes and learn from them? Isn’t that also the freedom you want and need? This is love.
