The
harder we try to not create what we do not want, the stronger we’re
holding on to the idea; thus, the more likely we are to create it in
our reality.
How can we distinguish between what we can and cannot change? There’s a simple process. Any time you’re not sure whether something in your life needs to be changed or allowed to be as it is, make a decision to let go of the feeling of wanting to change it. If you let go of that feeling, and it’s something that cannot be changed, you’ll find yourself effortlessly accepting it as it is. On the other hand, if it’s something that does need to be changed, letting go helps you shift easily into action to get things done. The Sedona Method
Could
I allow myself to have an easy and effortless day? Could I allow
myself to treat everyone with respect? Could I let go of all
self-sabotaging behavior past, present, and future?
"Be
still and know that I am God."
Meditation is seeing the constant touching the ever-changing movement of life. The man who has progressed through being a sinner to being a saint has progressed from one illusion to another. This whole movement is an illusion. When the mind sees this illusion it is no longer creating any illusion, it is no longer measuring. Therefore thought has come to an end with regard to becoming better. Out of this comes a state of liberation - and this is sacred. This alone can, perhaps, receive the constant. - J. Krishnamurti
Pray to the Holy Spirit
The
12-step
movement is a very good example. It brings about recovery from a
hopelessly dangerous and progressive illness, so a great deal can be
learned about recovery from anything and everything by examining the
12-step
program.
Another group that makes this very manifest in the physical is A
Course in Miracles.
So no matter what the illness is, look into the Course
and
the basics of the 12-step
program.
Between the two, you’ll have all the tools you need to recover from
any illness.
