From South Africa, a concept of reciprocity: that living in society demands that we take care of each other - that as it goes for one, so it goes for all of us.

Ubuntu is a Nguni Bantu term roughly translating to "human kindness." When your spirit knows what it wants, your mind knows what it doesn't want. Think of your mental processes and see how loaded they are with wants and I will assure you that unless those wants are spiritual in nature, you don't really want it. You think you do.

You convince yourself that you want that individual in your life, that you want to make that gain, achieve that goal. You yourself out of your own weakness have identified that aim, that want as strength, as satisfaction and you have further deceived yourself into thinking that the attainment of your self-projected goal will make you feel better.

And you're not aware that even at the time of saying, I want to achieve that, you're not aware that the moment of saying that, that you're scared. You're scared of what you're saying. But you don't know that because you've never examined yourself at the precise moment of you saying, 'I've got to have something, I've got to win over someone, I've got to make the deal, I've got to come out ahead, I've got to have the advantage.'
