“
You are what your deepest desire is.
As your desire is, so is your intention.
As your intention is, so is your will.
As your will is, so is your deed.
As your deed is, so is your destiny.

Turning away from
your authentic self creates feelings of anxiety.
Your body is
never out of tune. You may not always be listening to it, but it never
stops communicating with you. When you are in harmony with your soul
you feel peaceful, happy and loving. When you are compromising
yourself you can feel anxious, dissatisfied and separate from others.
To alleviate your feelings of anxiety you may believe you have
to make big, painful and uncomfortable changes in your life.
Fortunately you are never that far away from
your true self. More action, discipline and will power is not what reunites
you with your knowing. To gracefully close the gap on your anxiety
take a moment to still your mind and allow yourself a time out from
the shoulds. With the noise turned down, your clarity and knowing will be
decipherable once more.
Affirmation: Taking
the next natural step is my path to a successful and satisfying life.
